Wholesale Sourcing

How we review wholesale sourcing opportunities

Every sourcing opportunity moves through the same seven-stage review before any purchasing decision is made. The process below applies equally to a first-time inquiry and an established supplier.

Our Seven-Stage Review

From first contact to a purchasing decision

  1. Initial supplier review. We look at the company, its product line, and whether there is a general fit with our stated categories of interest.
  2. Business and contact verification. We confirm the business is a real, identifiable entity with a reachable point of contact.
  3. Product and brand-policy review. We check the product itself against applicable brand rules and the policies of the marketplace where it would be sold.
  4. Documentation and invoice review. We ask for commercial invoices, packing lists, and other records that support the product's origin and value.
  5. Marketplace and compliance assessment. We assess category eligibility and any regulatory, safety, or labeling requirements that apply.
  6. Commercial-term evaluation. MOQ, pricing, payment terms, lead times, and shipping terms are reviewed for workability on both sides.
  7. Purchase decision and relationship development. A decision is made on the specific facts of the opportunity. Where a relationship begins, it is developed over time with continued documentation.
No guarantee of purchase or approval

Submitting information, samples, or a proposal does not guarantee that SADEQURRAHAMAN LLC will place an order, enter into an agreement, or continue a relationship beyond an initial conversation. Each opportunity is reviewed individually on its own facts.

What We Look For

The factors behind a favorable review

Product Authenticity

Genuine goods with a verifiable origin and a clear chain of custody from manufacturer or authorized distributor.

Complete Records

Commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping records that reflect real, itemized values.

Marketplace Eligibility

Categories and listings that meet applicable marketplace policies and regulatory requirements.

Workable Terms

Pricing and quantities that make sense for both sides, without pressure toward volumes we cannot support.

Import & Logistics

Clear terms, clean paperwork

We favor clear Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, or other transparent commercial terms with straightforward customs clearance. Commercial invoices and packing lists with real, itemized values are treated as standard practice, along with correct import documentation on every shipment.

Helpful to Include Early

What moves a conversation forward

  • Clear product specifications and any applicable certifications
  • Test reports or compliance declarations relevant to the product category
  • Quality-control evidence, plus packaging dimensions and weight
  • An itemized commercial invoice with real values and a clear Incoterm
A note on authorization claims

SADEQURRAHAMAN LLC does not represent itself as an authorized distributor of any specific brand, nor as an official partner of any marketplace platform, unless a specific, documented authorization exists for a specific product line. Any sourcing relationship is pursued case by case, subject to the review above and applicable legal and marketplace requirements.
